This one I felt instantly. If you didn't know, I am a Capricorn Rising, and Aquarius Sun. Saturn is one of my greatest teachers, and I feel it's influence in my life.

Saturn is the planet of structure, lessons, and responsibility. When it retrogrades, it revisits old ground like a final exam.

In Pisces, Saturn asks: Have you learned to discipline your dreams? Can you give form to what flows?

Not the biggest fan of the word discipline, it probably has to do with my "authority issues". I have learnt to transmute discipline into devotion. From the mind, or outer source to an inner declaration!

For me, Saturn in my 3rd house of communication turned me into a writer on fire.

Blogs, ebooks, social media posts, even my book Rise of the Soulpreneur poured out of me. Saturn gave me structure; Pisces gave me inspiration. Together, they anchored a body of work I can stand on.

I noticed that after a 5 month break, I was back on my computer, refining my messaging, and inspired to write Soulprism Alchemy - infusing somatics, human design, astrology, and 5 element healing with the seasons and cycles of life. (coming soon)

Neptune was a little harder to see, but that's the beauty of Neptune is Pisces, it's FELT.

Neptune is mist, vision, and sometimes illusion. When it drifts through Pisces, it’s like diving headfirst into mystical waters.

Honestly, I didn’t feel Neptune at first—but then I looked at what I was writing about. Spirituality, mysticism, chakra fusion, somatics, multidimensional guides. Neptune was shaping my message even if I couldn’t pin it down. I look back and see Neptune's influence in my life through all the belief systems I studied, becoming an ordained minister, and even working on Psychology for the past 5 years.

• What dream feels hazy right now, and how can you ground it in reality?

I feel as though what was a dream, is now being planted. I keep getting the message, plant your seeds for your field of dreams. And these next 5 months are our gestation time to do the inner work. I am dedicated and devoted to this!

It's like the earth quakes when Uranus goes retrograde! Everything goes to a screeching halt, and it is FELT. I felt such anxiety this year during the initial retrograde, and we experienced major earthquakes as well.

Uranus shakes the snow globe. It disrupts what’s comfortable and pushes us into our authentic genius.

In Taurus, Uranus jolted me in my 5th house—creativity, passion, joy. In 2018, I was running Spartan races, Crossfit, Nutritional coaching. Those were my passions. They suddenly shifted into Spirituality, Human Design, Astrology, ect. What started as side hustles and hobbies demanded to be taken seriously. Writing, embodiment, sound healing, Soulprism—it all stopped being “cute extras” and became my purpose.

• What surprise, disruption, or wake-up call is showing you what really matters right now?

What I am noticing is that my "hobby - side hustle" is becoming my vocation. This is what I will be devoting myself to on the daily. My passion became my purpose, and looking back, I see how I was always being guided.

LLike Scrooge waking on Christmas morning, we too get a fresh start.

February 2026 is a turning point with an Aquarius eclipse and two huge shifts:

• Saturn and Neptune conjunct in Aries: This is rare, generational energy. Saturn demands structure; Neptune dissolves boundaries. Expect breakthroughs in technology, AI, media, and the way we connect. On a personal level, it’s the wake-up that your voice matters, your curiosity is sacred, and your genius belongs in the conversation.

That hospital shift I did after five months away? Within an hour I knew: I can’t go back. I guess I needed the reminder!

That’s what these retrogrades are about. Contrast so clear you can’t unsee it. February is the morning after the ghosts—when you choose a new story.
