I swear, middle age women and perimenopause were designed by the cosmos as the ultimate truth serum. You know what gets me moving these days? Pure passion… and being absolutely pissed off.

This blog is lit with rage fire, and I’m not here to sugarcoat it. I’m not a delicate flower. I’m not here to play small or whisper politely. The sales industry has to change—because we are not stupid anymore. We’re wise. We’re watching. And we see through every manipulative trick in the book.

You know what I’m talking about: A marathon of manipulation.

  • Pain-point poking.

  • Manufactured scarcity.

  • False urgency.

  • Guilt trips.

  • Shame spirals.

  • Offer stacking until you choke.

It feels like being swallowed whole by capitalism’s ugliest beast — the kind of high-pressure sale-athon that hijacks your nervous system and makes you want to scream:
GET ME THE HELL OUT OF HERE.

And right there, in the middle of that circus, I thought to myself:
👉 This is exactly what I will never, ever build my business on.

The Old Sales Psychology is Crumbling

For decades, the sales playbook has been one thing and one thing only: find the wound (pain point), press on it, and don’t let up until they cry “yes.”

👉 Make them feel broken.
👉 Dangle success like a carrot they’ll never quite reach.
👉 Position yourself as the only savior who can “fix” them.

This has been the backbone of the coaching and personal growth industry for years. And you know what? It worked — for a while.

It worked because people were scared, ashamed, and desperate for a way out.

It worked because the collective nervous system was conditioned to believe we weren’t enough unless we bought the next thing.


That game is over.

We’re not buying it anymore — literally or energetically.

Our bodies know this manipulation is toxic.
Our souls recoil when someone tries to shrink us to make a sale.
Our communities are done being guilt-tripped into growth, like we’re broken projects that need constant fixing.

We are wise.
We are sovereign.
And we are demanding something better.

The old paradigm of sales isn’t just outdated — it’s collapsing. And what’s rising to take its place isn’t another script or strategy. It’s a whole new frequency.

The Rise Of The Soulpreneur

We are done playing the old sales game. And what’s emerging is so much bigger than a “new strategy.” It’s a movement. It’s a shift in how we do business, how we serve, and how we connect as humans.
