Thank you Tammy Mack! Taking up space has been a prominent and ongoing theme in my life. I want to AND I've been thwarted by conditioning, and frightened into hiding for many years.


This course has led me deeper into exploring the parts of myself that override my urge to be myself, say my thing, let my wise weirdo banner fly in the wind for all to see.


Through investigating 4 archetypes that we all play out in our own way- the inner child, the victim, the prostitute and the saboteur- I took up the invitation to look closer at the different ways I settle and stay small. Penetrating journal prompts helped to look closer and feel closer into those restrictive patterns.
