One of the most grounded insights she shared:

“People will listen way more to their own energy than they’ll listen to somebody external.”

Tarot works because it bypasses defensiveness. It is a divination tool, and has it's own language and archetypes.

It speaks to the higher self, not the ego.

“It’s the collective unconscious. They’re listening to themselves — and that feels safer.”

Especially in business, where fear, visibility, and survival instincts are real. You meet all parts of yourself when you start creating sovereign wealth.

This part hit deep — for both of us. Honestly, I needed to hear this myself.

Carla-Jayne named something many avoid:

“There are still people who say, ‘That’s a spiritual service — you shouldn’t charge for that.’.....And I’m like… do I not need to eat?”

She didn’t romanticize it.

“We’re not in the village anymore. The village witch still received tithes. There was always an energy exchange.”

The wound isn’t about money.
It’s about safety. Belonging. Survival.

It's about honouring our innate gifts, talents, and healing abilities, and valuing ourselves enough to create sustainability and a little extra to have some fun with!

One of my favorite moments:

“I’m science first. I will always question mundane before magic.”

Her work doesn’t bypass reality.

“I’d rather people use a practical solution first than jump straight to ‘I need to manifest harder.’”

Magic supports action.
It doesn’t replace it.

Let that sink in....it's not either or, it's AND.

Most of Carla-Jayne’s clients are neurodivergent — and she designs for that intentionally.

“Sometimes you still need things broken down. That doesn’t go away just because you’re in your 30s or 40s.”

She said it plainly:

“I’m the one people come to when they say, ‘I still don’t get it. Please tell me again.’”

That’s leadership.

We closed with a three-card spread — for not only my birthday (January 27th) but for the collective as well.

Of course the cards all came up reversed and willy nilly for my dyslexic ass, lol.

“Yes, you’re letting go of the story… and yes, some of it is still sticking.”

Her words:

“We need to let go of the self-judgment and the fear of being judged by others — and ask if this story is still serving us.”

No bypass.
No sugarcoating.

Toward the end, Carla-Jayne said something quietly profound:

“The spiritual work never ends. You can see that as exhausting… or as getting to experience new parts of yourself each time you release something.”

That’s the tone of this episode.

Not fixing.
Not chasing.

Just meeting yourself honestly — again and again.
