Privacy Policy

Your trust matters to us. This policy explains what personal information Soulprism Collective collects, why we collect it, who sees it and what choices you have.

1. Who is responsible

2. What we collect

• Contact details: name, email address and sometimes phone number, when you join a list, book a session, fill in a form or contact us.
• Birth details (date, time and place), if you ask for a chart, reading or session that needs them. We only ask for what the service needs.
• Order information: what you bought, amounts, dates, billing name and country. We do not see or store your full card number; payments are handled by Stripe and PayPal.
• Application and intake answers when you apply for mentorship or Hivemind.
• Messages, recordings and content you share with us in sessions or member spaces.
• Website and device information, such as pages viewed, browser type and approximate location, collected through cookies and analytics (see our Cookie & Tracking Notice).
• Affiliate information, such as your affiliate ID, referred sales and payout details.

3. Why we use it

To deliver what you ordered and give you access; to take payments and issue receipts; to schedule and run sessions; to answer questions and give support; to send emails you have asked for or that relate to what you bought; to improve the site and our offers; to pay affiliates; to keep records for taxes and accounting; and to protect against fraud and misuse.

4. Email and consent

We send marketing emails only with your consent, or where the law otherwise allows. Every marketing email names us, includes our contact details and has an unsubscribe link that works straight away. You can also write to us to unsubscribe. We keep a record of when and how you subscribed. If you buy from us, we may send you order and account messages that are not marketing.

5. Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it with service providers who help us run Soulprism, only as needed:

Affiliates who refer you do not receive your email address. We may also disclose information if the law requires it or to protect our rights.

6. Processing outside Canada

Some providers store or process information outside Canada, including in the United States and the European Union. When your information is in another country, the laws of that country, including law-enforcement access, may apply. We choose providers with reasonable safeguards and tell you about this here.

7. Cookies and tracking

We use cookies for the site to work, for payments and for analytics. See our Cookie & Tracking Notice for details and your choices.

8. How long we keep it

We keep information only as long as needed for the purpose or to meet legal requirements. Customer and order records are kept for 6 years for tax and accounting purposes. Email subscribers stay on our list until you unsubscribe or we remove inactive contacts. Application answers are kept for up to 2 years if you are not accepted. Affiliate records are kept for 6 years.

9. Keeping it safe

We use reputable platforms with encryption and access controls, and we limit who can see your information. No system is perfectly secure. If a breach creates a real risk of significant harm, we will tell you and the Privacy Commissioner of Canada, as required.

10. Your choices and rights

You may ask to see the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, withdraw your consent to marketing or other uses, or ask us to delete it where we do not need to keep it. Write to soulprismcollective@gmail.com. We will respond within 30 days and may need to confirm your identity first. If you are unhappy with our answer, you can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada at priv.gc.ca.

11. Children

Our services are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has given us information, please contact us and we will delete it.

12. Changes

If we change this policy, the date above changes, and we will tell subscribers about important changes.
