These Terms explain how you and Soulprism Collective work together when you use our website, buy our offers or join our programs. We have kept them plain on purpose. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them.
Soulprism Collective ("Soulprism", "we", "us") is operated by Tammy Mack, who operates as Soulprism Collective, a sole proprietorship in Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan, Canada. Contact: soulprismcollective@gmail.com, 1226 1st Ave NW, Moose Jaw, SK S6H 3N6, Canada.
You must be at least 18 to buy from Soulprism. Please use the site lawfully and respectfully. You may not try to disrupt the site, access accounts that are not yours, or copy the site with automated tools.
Some offers include a member login. You are responsible for keeping your login private and for what happens under it. Access is personal to you and may not be shared, sold or transferred. If we see shared logins or misuse, we may pause access and will explain why.
All Soulprism content, including courses, workshops, recordings, reports, charts, the Soulprism Wisdom library, the Quick-Start Map, the SoulOS™ materials and our branding, belongs to Soulprism or its licensors and is protected by copyright. When you buy, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the content for your own learning and personal development.
You may not copy, resell, share, publish, record, teach from or redistribute our content or live-session recordings, or use it to train another product or AI tool, without our written permission. If you want to share a short quote or an idea, please credit Soulprism. Content you share in community spaces stays yours, and you allow us to host it in that space.
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless a page says otherwise. Soulprism is not currently registered to collect GST or PST, so no sales tax is added at checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe and PayPal. You promise that the payment details you use are yours to use. For subscriptions and payment plans, the price, billing dates and renewal terms are shown at checkout before you pay, and the details are in our Refund, Cancellation & Subscription Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
Digital products and memberships are delivered electronically, usually by email and member login straight after payment. Nothing is shipped.
Live sessions, dates and formats may change. If we have to reschedule or cancel an event, we will let you know and offer a reasonable alternative, such as a new date.
We may update, improve or retire parts of the site, content or programs. For paid memberships, we will give reasonable notice by email of any change that significantly reduces what you bought. Price changes are covered in the Refund, Cancellation & Subscription Policy.
Soulprism offers education and tools for self-understanding. What you do with them is your choice. Please read our Educational, Spiritual & Wellness Disclaimer. Please also communicate respectfully with us and other members.
We may link to third-party products or services and may earn compensation when you buy, as described in our Affiliate Disclosure. We are not responsible for third-party sites or their offers.
We do our best to provide accurate, working services, but we cannot promise the site will always be uninterrupted or error-free, or that you will reach any particular result. To the fullest extent the law allows, Soulprism is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim relating to an offer is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these Terms limits any right you have under mandatory consumer protection law, or any liability that cannot legally be limited.
You can stop using Soulprism at any time. We may end or suspend access for serious breaches of these Terms, such as sharing content, chargeback abuse or harassment. Where we do so, we will tell you why.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your personal information.
If something goes wrong, please write to us first at soulprismcollective@gmail.com; most issues can be solved by talking. These Terms are governed by the laws of Saskatchewan and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Disputes will be heard in the courts of Saskatchewan, except where the law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.
We may update these Terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and we will tell members about important changes by email.
