It’s one of my personal favorites because it’s primal AF.

This is the gate that can smell truth. Literally.
Gate 44 connects to our olfactory intuition — that deep-body sense that catches the faintest whiff of something “off.”

It’s the Alchemist of Discernment — not here to judge, but to recognize.
To read the unseen, the unsaid, the unspoken pattern.
To sense energy before the words even land.

Essence.

It listens between sentences, tracks tone, timing, and intention, and notices when something’s been over-polished but under-embodied.

The mind can be fooled.
Repetition can hypnotize.
But the body? The body never lies.

Gate 44 is your built-in bullshit detector — the frequency sniffer that protects your peace and your power.
It whispers: “Don’t ignore the signal. You’ve been here before. Learn the pattern.”

It’s that inner tech upgrade we all need right now — a return to embodied truth in a world full of pretty words and hollow vibes.

Do you really want to repeat that relationship? (ya, I am totally giving you the side eye here)

Not cynicism.
Not paranoia.
Discernment.

Truth felt somatically, not just agreed upon intellectually.

Most people can’t actually feel truth yet.

Why? Because they’re vibrating at the lower frequencies on Dr. David Hawkins’ Map of Consciousness.

When you’re living in guilt, shame, fear, or pride, your nervous system isn’t calibrated for truth.

Those states literally jam your signal.
You can’t discern what’s real when you’re swimming in survival.

It’s like trying to pick up divine Wi-Fi from a basement bunker — you’ll only catch static.

That’s why so many scroll through social media nodding at every quote card, chasing every new method, repeating words they don’t embody.

It’s not that they’re dumb or blind — they’re just vibrating too low to feel the difference.

Truth could punch them in the nose, and they’d still jump on the freebie because they think they actually need it.

Discernment is what happens when you rise above those denser states — when your frequency stabilizes in courage, willingness, acceptance, love.

That’s where clarity lives.
That’s where truth hums loud enough for the body to recognize.

I have been really contemplating on the subtle nuances of this.

Judgment comes from fear; it separates.
It says, “This is good, that is bad,” and secretly feeds on superiority.
It tightens your field, and feels like a contraction in your body.

Discernment comes from awareness. Not from the ego, but your "higher or capital S" Self.

It says, “This resonates, that doesn’t,” and lets truth sort itself.
It expands your field, as you stand in your sovereignty and integrity.

Judgement wants to control. Divide and conquer.
Discernment wants to understand.

One defends identity.
The other protects energy.

We crave frequency, not performance.
Coherence, not perfection.
Truth that rings in the bones.

If words are the currency of the old world, then resonance is the currency of the new.

And your inner bullshit detector?
That’s the exchange rate.

Science is beginning to catch up with what mystics have always known: communication is energetic before it’s linguistic.

Researchers observing autistic communal living have noticed that in silence, entire groups can synchronize through micro-movements, shared attention, and pure frequency attunement.

They’re not talking, but they’re definitely communicating.
It’s vibe-based language in real time.

This morning, when I texted my bestie and she laughed, “I was literally reaching for my phone to message you!”

Of course she was! She is part of my soul fractal!

That’s resonance.
That’s telepathic timing.

That’s Gate 44 meeting Gate 24—the Pattern Recognizer and the Returner—trading notes across the quantum field.

I have been getting subtle downloads that communication will evolve to include less noise and more knowing.

Thank goodness, because there is a lot of noise out there!

Maybe the next frontier of human connection isn’t more words, but deeper coherence.

Maybe leadership in the new paradigm sounds like quiet confidence— the pause before speaking, we will feel their essence and see their actions.

And yes, I see the irony, here I am, writing more words to tell you we may need fewer of them.

But you catch my drift.
