I Am a Queen, But I Am Not Your Highness: Redefining Leadership Through Gate 45

A Ruler is a sovereign being who answers the call to take their rightful place as a leader. This leadership isn’t about being ordained or adopting an "it's my way or the highway" mentality. It’s about collaboration, recognizing that every person in the tribe is equal and encouraged to take their rightful place, working within their genius.

She may have matured from being a princess, a victim of her circumstances, needing to be rescued, or not wanting to take up space or "rock the boat." While he may have felt the need to push his way to the top, fearful of losing his power. They may have chosen to take it from others instead of cultivating and connecting to their own source of empowerment.

A Ruler builds their foundation on faith instead of fear, working together with the tribe to nourish and support each other, forming a unified network to raise the consciousness of the collective.

The Ruler may make the bigger decisions within the organization while recognizing that they also need support from others through implementation, administration, and creating space for bringing creative ideas to life.

The evolution of leadership is moving from hierarchy to synarchy, from lateral to horizontal. A straight, linear line is evolving into a spiral. We are coming together as a tribe, each playing our role, equal in power, and fully supported by The Ruler.

Let's dive into a personal example from my own life. My roommate and I have a unique dynamic that perfectly illustrates the essence of Gate 45's energy. He has the Right Angle Cross of Rulership (we lovingly call him the benevolent dictator), and I carry the Left Angle Cross of the Alpha.

In our household, he takes charge of the big decisions and major purchases, while I handle the day-to-day responsibilities and bills. While I may be a queen, I am not "your highness."
